The Instructional Review Board (IRB) of Rajshahi Medical College is being formed by the principal and is duly approved by the Academic Council of Rajshahi Medical College. It is an autonomous and independent committee in regard to its function and is not influenced by the administrative authority. This committee works under the guidelines of Bangladesh Medical Research Council (BMRC) and is only eligible authority for clearance of academic research work. Before starting any scientific research work intended for Rajshahi Medical College and Hospital, it needs to be reviewed and cleared ethically by the Institutional Review Board of Rajshahi Medical College.
